Completed Projects East Grinstead Data Centre Client : Goldman Sachs Main Contractor : Crown House Technology Contract length : 12 Months A new build Data Centre on the Birches Industrial Estate, East Grinstead. COMPCO designed and installed pumped water supplies, two 74 cubic metre tanks and diesel and electric pumps with 5 pre-action systems protecting the data areas, along with a wet system protecting ancillary areas, with monitoring to BS EN 12845. iGuzzini - Guildford Client : iGuzzini Main Contractor : RG Group Contract length : 6 Months The new iGuzzini headquarters in Guildford, Surrey were designed by Paris based architect Pier Luigi Copat in conjunction with Guildford based Architects Lewis & Hickey. The project consists of a 3 story office block and warehouse finished with glass and grey cladding reminiscent in finish to raw cast aluminium, one of the signature materials of iGuzzini luminaires. COMPCO are proud to have been selected to work on such a prestigious, quality project for one of the largest architectural lighting Companies within the UK market. The project involved installing roof level sprinkler heads together with twin fire pumps and a 300 cubic metre water storage tank. Tesco Chester Client : Tesco Main Contractor : Barr Construction Contract length : 9 weeks A full refurbishment of an existing retail store. This project involved retro fitting of a sprinkler system with storage tank and single electric pump, protecting the sales floor and back of house areas.
