At Compco Fire Systems, every Apprenticeship is a relationship between an individual, an employer, and a training provider. Whether you're just starting your career or looking to upskill, our Apprenticeship and Traineeships provide the guidance, resources, and hands-on experience needed to succeed.
Our programme is designed by experts to ensure you gain the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge and skills. With Compco Fire Systems you will benefit from personalised guidance from experienced professionals all whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
Learning to manage projects from inception to completion using industry-standard tools and techniques, we provide exceptional entry and progression pathways into the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
We currently have six individuals enrolled on Apprenticeship programmes across the business. Over the past five years we have employed twenty two individuals and 40% of our senior team have been through an Apprenticeship programme with Compco Fire Systems.

LEARN WITH US
We recruit all year round for Trainees, and Apprentices (Gaining NVQ and Degree Qualifications). We offer an environment that includes 360° feedback to enable all experiences to be fed back into the programme to change our process to suit.
Under the Compco Fire Systems ‘Training Academy’ we prepare all individuals to integrate seamlessly into all our departments across the business. This training initiative allows all our Apprentices to feel confident in understanding and performing multiple business operations and expands their future career prospects within the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
Over many successful years, our Apprentices have continually brought in fresh ideas and enthusiasm, boosting overall productivity and innovation; from young talent straight out of school or college, to experienced talent seeking a career change. Bringing new faces into the workforce from a variety of backgrounds brings with-it brand-new ideas and fresh perspectives, which will only strengthen our business at Compco Fire Systems.
