This milestone marks a significant step forward in our commitment to strengthening our operations, driving efficiency, and supporting the continued expansion of our Manufacturing capabilities in the heart of the West Midlands.

A New Era Of Operational Excellence: Robert brings over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and team leadership and development.

His ability to streamline production systems and foster high-performing teams has been evident in his previous roles as Operations Manager within the Automotive, Engineering, and Information Technology Industries.

As Operations Manager, Robert will oversee our daily production activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety to enhance output and efficiency. Optimising workflows and scaling our operations to meet increasing demand, his leadership will play a key role in supporting our talented team, which consists of NVQ Apprentices, Picker Packers, Welder Fabricators, and our Manufacturing Co-Ordinator and Warehouse Supervisor.

Strengthening Our Roots In Dudley Port: Robert joins us at Compco Fire Systems at a pivotal time of growth and investment.

After recently opening the doors to our 50,000-square-foot premises in Dudley Port, we are confident that Robert’s extensive experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement will support our strategic goals of scaling operations, fostering innovation, and accommodating a growing team.

This recent expansion not only reinforces our local presence in the West Midlands but also supports our long-term goal of sustainable growth and excellence in manufacturing within the Fire Sprinkler Industry.
