We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Head of Finance, Carl Turner.

As Head of Finance, Carl will play a central role in shaping our financial strategy, and he joins us during an exciting period of growth at Compco Fire Systems as we continue to strengthen our position as a leader in the Fire Protection Industry.

Overseeing all our financial operations from our Worcester Head Office, Carl will work closely with our leadership team to enhance efficiency and profitability across the business.

Driving financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making, Carl will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our Accounts Team.

Spanning a wide range of industries, Carl has previously worked in multi-million-pound companies and has over 30 years of financial experience.

Carl has spent the last 16 years in Financial Director positions and has been a proven leader in his previous roles at Persimmon Homes, Argus Fire Protection, Harris Pipework, and Rapid Hire.

With an impressive track record and a deep understanding of financial strategy, this appointment expands on our latest chapter, filled with fresh perspectives, innovative strategies, and continued growth.
