Compco Fire Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Lauretta Furlonger as our new Head of People & Culture. This appointment reinforces our dedication to our people and commitment to excellence in the Fire Sprinkler Industry.

As Head of People & Culture, Lauretta will lead strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, internal communications, and organisational growth, ensuring that Compco Fire Systems continues to prioritise the well-being, career progression, and success of its workforce. Lauretta will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of our diverse People & Culture Team.

Lauretta brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Leadership, spanning a wide range of industries from Retail to Energy.

From fast-paced corporate environments to mission-driven organisations, Lauretta has held Senior HR Business Partner positions at Somerfield, The Pier, Topps Tiles, and EDF Energy.

This diverse background has given her a unique perspective on people management, culture building, and talent development.

With a proven track record in driving people-focused strategies, Lauretta will not only strengthen our People & Culture function but also empower our teams to thrive as we continue to grow.

Bringing fresh ideas and best practices that will transform our operations, Lauretta will play a key role in driving innovation, collaboration, and business success across our seven regional offices.

This appointment of Head of People & Culture marks a significant step in strengthening our HR capabilities as we continue to expand our operations.
